The SmartEdu University Student Development Program, or USDP, aims to nurture and equip young Cambodians with values, critical competencies and skills needed to become resilient corporate digital leaders of the future.

Application open: 9th-21th November, 2023

The SmartEdu University Student Development Program is a 11-day stay-in Bootcamp that will provide theoretical, experiential, personal and relational development opportunities through learning-by-doing.

Participants are expected to gain a broad understanding of business skills and tools through structured workshops, simulations, group dynamics, coaching as well as case studies throughout the whole program.

Participants will have the chance to win a cash prize and/or a fully funded 2-month internship at Smart Axiata and study tour abroad.
