Throughout the expedition of such an intense program, I found my true passions and what I am good at. With an ideal arrangement of business simulations, workshops and problem statements from actual companies, I absorbed a tremendous amount of knowledge which goes beyond what I receive at university. At the Bootcamp, I understood what it felt like to turn complete strangers into a close-knit team. I learned what it felt like to make a huge decision with certain risks which determined the team’s victory. Furthermore, I was challenged to adapt when working with different people from a variety of backgrounds and leadership experiences, which cannot be articulated in words. As one of the participants in the 2018 SmartEdu University Student Development Program, my message to readers is: Don’t wait for luck; just go for it and test your leadership skills.
