Applications are open to all Cambodian citizens currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
What are the minimum requirements to apply for the University Student Development Program?
Applicants must be currently pursuing a bachelor degree study. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate convincing leadership qualities and strong eagerness to learn and grow.
How do I apply for the University Student Development Program?
Applications are to be completed online at smartedu.com.kh. Please note that all online applications are to be submitted in English language; manual submissions will not be accepted. It is crucial that the applicant fills up all the required sections including the video or essay question. As a guide, please refer to the ‘What We Look For’ section.

When will shortlisted applicants be invited to attend an interview?
Our shortlisting process is done on a rolling basis. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview in due process both during and after the application period.
